Immigration of the Fraser family - John Fraser

When the Fraser family came to Australia they are listed in the NSW Unassisted Immigrant Passenger Lists aboard the " John Barry" in 1837

Fraser, James, aged 34, Prespeterian, Greive
Mary, aged 36, Prespeterian
Alexander,  5 - died 17th May, diarrhea
David, 2,- died 31 March, croup
Ann, aged 4mths,

This leads us the some questions about the family - Alexander and David died on the ship's journey, but where were their other children, Joseph (1) and John (1)?  Perhaps the twins died before they left for Australia.  (There is an unsourced entry in an Ancestry tree that Joseph died at sea).  So when they arrived in Australia, only their daughter Ann was with them.
